Noah was born on May 24, 1997.  He was a brilliant student who loved to read and write and was known for his witty sense of humor.  He was vice president of his 7th grade philanthropy group at Congregation Or Chadash in Tucson, Arizona.  Noah attended Orange Grove Middle School and enjoyed volunteering at Sunrise Elementary School.  Every Friday, he would take the bus from Orange Grove to Sunrise and read to the kids in the library and help them pick books.  His 5th grade legacy project remains in the library for all to see and enjoy.

Sadly, Noah passed away on May 16, 2010.

In honor of Noah, an award has been created to recognize individuals in the community that strive to mirror Noah's love for education and bettering the world around him. The award is open to any individual who is in need of support to fulfill their educational needs - formal or informal, as both were important to Noah.  Awards will be given out annually in May around Noah's birthday.
